Algo will be taking part in the RSABI Great Glen Challenge on Friday 31st August 2018. The event is organised and run by RSABI which is a Scottish Charity supporting people in Scottish Agriculture. They provide emotional, practical and financial support to individuals and their families across the agricultural sector including farming, crofting, and growing.
The event will see teams competing against each other in a range of activities including:
- 46km mountain bike ride
- 18km hike
- 17km run
- 6km kayak
All across the Great Glen Way from Fort Augustus to Neptune’s staircase by Fort William.
Dusting off their gym gear and rising to the challenge are eight members of our team who will be pitting themselves, not just against each other, but a range of other rural businesses, industry organisations and agriculturally minded people with the sole aim of coming out top of the pack and raising as much money as possible for the RSABI.
The Algo team consists of Sandy Farmer (Construction Director), Craig Wilkinson (Agricultural Buildings Manager), Craig Nixon (Site Manager), James Latto (Site Manager), Bradley Lowe (Head of Design), Gregor MacLean (Architectural Technician), Sean Fergus (Joiner) and representing the women, Nicola Reid (Office Manager).
