Boatlands - First Look

The end of 2014 saw the completion and handover of a project in Perthshire for the Ghillie on Kercock. The house, which has a mixture of stone and Siberian larch for external cladding boasts two amazing large "lift and slide" windows on the north west corner elevation and with the house having been built on a steep green field site the elevated windows give a fantastic panoramic view up the river Tay towards Dunkeld. Although the house is primarily a bungalow, to "future proof," the client had asked for a "room in a roof" truss giving an additional 126m2 of floor space upstairs for development at anytime.

The project sheet is currently being finalised and will be available as of February 2015.
