Algo were appointed by our clients Seamount Property Development to construct a 36.0m x 26.0m x 6.5m industrial unit in Elgin on behalf of Howden’s.
Works commenced on site in November 2020 and were completed over a 33 week period. The building incorporates a steel portal frame, with Kingspan insulated trapezoidal panels in a Goosewing Grey finish to the roof and Merlin Grey to the side/end cladding.
This was one of 2 independent sites being run concurrently in the Elgin area by Site Manager Stevie Matthews. A huge well done to Stevie and all involved in the construction of this fantastic building and wishing Howdens all the very best in their new unit.
