Algo are proud to have successfully delivered the Monifieth Community Hub and Library on behalf of the Monifieth Community Resource Group (MCRG).
Our journey with this project began in 2021, during the initial feasibility stages. From the outset, we worked closely with MCRG, offering expert guidance and value engineering solutions that ensured their vision could be realised without compromising quality or finish.
By June 2023, we were thrilled to learn that funding had been approved, paving the way for construction to begin later that year. Fast forward to late 2024, the project reached completion and officially opened its doors to serve both the local and wider communities.
The state of the art facility now offers a library, gym, multi-purpose hall and café, becoming a vital hub for activities, learning and social connection.
We’re honoured to have been part of such an exceptional project and look forward to seeing it bring joy and value to the community for many years to come.
