Poultry Building Construction Scotland – Major Agricultural Development Completed Near Dundee

Poultry Development

We are pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of a large scale poultry building construction project in Scotland for one of our long-term agricultural clients near Dundee.

The new 3,025 square metre poultry shed spans more than 120 metres in length and has been designed and constructed to meet the demands of modern poultry farming and agricultural operations across Scotland.

As experienced poultry building contractors in Scotland, the project included the full construction of the steel framed poultry building together with extensive external works. Finished externally with durable Juniper Green cladding, the building incorporates grade timber purlins, automated pop holes and high specification finishes throughout.

Extensive siteworks formed a major part of the development, including the laying of PAV2 grade concrete to all surrounding exterior areas and the construction of a new access road, ensuring long-term durability and efficient site access for ongoing agricultural use.

Completed on time and finished to a high standard ahead of the arrival of the building’s first occupants, this project reflects our continued commitment to delivering high-quality agricultural buildings, poultry sheds and rural construction projects throughout Scotland.

The project was managed by Craig Wilkinson alongside site management from Grant Harrison, with all teams working closely from initial enquiry through to final handover to ensure the successful delivery of the development.

Whether delivering new poultry sheds, agricultural steel buildings, livestock housing or wider farm infrastructure projects, we continue to support clients across Scotland with reliable, high quality agricultural construction solutions.
