One of our first project completions of 2023 was the redevelopment of Active Kids Adventure Park in Perthshire.
Algo were appointed as the Main Contractor to extend the existing structure and undertake an extensive refurbishment throughout which doubled the building size to 1,140m2.
The build created a supersized indoor facility which boasts an impressive treehouse themed adventure playground within the play barn, café with external terracing, retail area, party rooms, kitchen and office area. External works were also undertaken to the car park and landscaping of the new area.
Works commenced on the year long development in February 2022 with the facility opening to the public on 17th March 2023.
The Algo project team consisting of Managing Director Murray Alexander, Site Manager Scott Cameron and Quantity Surveyor Craig Allan, worked alongside Mill Architects, Galbraith, SF Structures and Troup, Bywaters & Anders in delivery the project for our clients.
