Algo Construction was appointed to construct a development of 39 two-bedroom flats and 3 commercial units for Fife Council Affordable Housing scheme located on the Kirkcaldy High Steet.
Phase A was handed over in December 2023 with Practical completion being achieved in March 2024.
The prominent location in the centre of the town presented several challenges throughout the build with limited space and access issues which were all overcome to complete this impressive project.
