This new purpose built veterinary practice in Crieff was completed by Algo over an eight-month programme, delivering around 260m² of high-quality clinical and office space.
Working alongside Campbell of Doune who developed the design for the project, Algo delivered the construction of this modern steel portal frame building with full internal fit out to suit the needs of a busy veterinary practice. The finished building includes consultation rooms, an operating theatre, X-ray facilities, kennels, offices and staff welfare areas, with durable, hygienic finishes throughout to meet the high standards expected in a clinical environment.
Algo delivered the full construction package, supported by our trusted subcontractors Aliko Joinery, James S Wilson Electrical and Ian Auchterlonie Plumbing. By working closely together throughout the project, we were able to deliver a building finished to a high standard, on programme and ready for occupation.
Today, the building is home to Strathearn Vets, an independent veterinary practice that welcomed its first patient, Jock the black Labrador, when it opened its doors on 22nd June 2026. It’s great to see the building now being used for exactly what it was designed for, providing a modern, welcoming space for local pets, their owners and the veterinary team.
