We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands on role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and performance.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Working closely with senior management, clients, and subcontractors, you will coordinate teams, monitor progress, and resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track .
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and project delivery

Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations

Monitor quality of work and address any defects

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide progress updates

Keep accurate site records and ensure regulatory compliance
About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction site management

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent knowledge of construction processes and health & safety standards

Effective communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
